I had a few gripes during my stay. The shower stall in the disability access room was a bit of a disaster, with water splashing everywhere-it made the bathroom floor a slippery mess. Parking was a hassle, especially at $35 a night with limited availability. The breakfast options were pretty basic, lacking kid-friendly choices, and I found myself short on towels, only two for my group of four. Room service left a lot to be desired, with a limited menu that wasn't very enticing.

My stay at Courtyard By Marriott Brisbane South Bank was delightful. The staff were warm and accommodating, quickly addressing my needs. Location is spot on, super close to South Bank! The room was clean and comfy, with great amenities like a fridge, coffee machine, and a huge flat-screen TV. Heated pool was nice for a dip, and the gym had everything we needed. Parking in the basement was super handy. Definitely coming back!
